Redisa launches court challenge over ‘waste tyre crisis’

REDISA has gone to the Pretoria High Court to have the Industry Waste Tyre Management Plan set aside.

It argues that the plan is flawed from the start, will cause socio-economic harm and ignores proven recycling routes like crumb rubber and waste-to-energy.
